William Parmenter marriage

My ancestor William Parmenter baptized in 1631 in Belaugh Norfolk is supposed to have married a Sarah, possibly Thompson but I cannot seem to find a marriage before they had their first child William Parmenter in 1651 in Norwich.  I have only been able to find 3 children from this marriage and they were all baptized at Saint John Timberhill church Norwich.  I have also been unable to find a baptism for her too, even though it is a common widespread name Thompson, unless her maiden name was not Thompson?
