my oldest brother killed in a car crash when I was 18.  would like to have pic cleaned up to give to my new (by DNA) niece.

can/will anyone help me...I've tried several times to upload his pic but keep getting error message it took to long or was to big.  how do I make it smaller?

thank you for this info...now I know my photo is way, way to large so I will figure out, from your info, how to cut it down, may take some time as I am not real computer literate, but tis a challenge I will win...thanks again
