SMYTH family, Belfast/Bangor, Co. Down
« on: Thursday 18 June 20 19:17 BST (UK) »
Hello,

My first post here so I apologise if my formatting is poor / lacking details. I would love as much help as possible. My father died in 2011, I am in my 20's and I am attempting to find out about his family.

Please help me by advising what info I can attempt to find (very limited from my side) regarding this side of my family.

My father was Brian Samuel Smyth.

My grandfather was Samuel Smyth. He had 3 sons and 2 daughters. He had a brother called Anthony Smyth from Bangor.

My great grandfather (Anthonys father) named Samuel Smyth is also from Bangor.

Thank you everybody, sorry for the newbie post

Welcome to RootsChat
An idea of dates would help
When about were Samuel and his brother Anthony born?
Do you know their mother's name.
