Tax List Abbreviations Pennsylvania Tax Lists

Hi,

I am going through tax lists of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania at the moment and would appreciate a bit of help with abbreviations they use:
I guess that Wr. = Warrant and unwt = unwarranted but what is Patt?
Also I guess that in the end columns L stands for Pounds Sterling and S for Shillings but what is M ?

Any help will be most welcome.
