Have you tried looking for other variations of the spelling of the surname ?..
You could also post their names on here if you wish with their details and I'm sure somebody will be able to help

Did they have any children by 1851?

Have you looked for possible deaths.

A possible for Margaret J Walton in 1861 ref RG9 3806 5 10. In the household of Michael Usher & Sarah Usher - no relationship given, born Newcastle upon Tyne.

Marriage of  Michael Usher to a Sarah WALTON mq 1845 Newcastle upon Tyne 25 299--possibly John Walton's sister.

Possible marriage of Margaret Jane Walton to Francis Quin/n  6.3.1870 St Nicholas Newcastle. She then appears on 1871/81/91 &1901 census and possible death ref mq 1907 Newcastle 10b 81 aged 59
