George Joseph Witty. Immigrated England to Australia when?

I'm trying to find when and how George Joseph Witty immigrated to Australia. I know he died 1904 in South Australia and 4 of his children came to Aust and 1 went to San Diego, USA. Daughter Eliza Sarah Witty married George David Roberts in 1865 in South Australia, son John married Mary Ann Campbell in 1871 also South Australia, thus they all immigrated prior to 1865. Not sure of George Joseph Witty's wife, maybe Eliza but don't know anything of her. The Advertiser 9 May 1904
DEATH NOTICE WITTY.—On the 7th May, at the residence of his son, William-street, Norwood, George Joseph Witty (late of St. Peters), aged 93 years and 8 months. Also Chronical Newspaper 28 May 1904 Obituary THE LATE MR.G. J. WITTY makes no mention of his wife. He was interred Payneham Cemetery, South Australia.

Thanks for all those details. Have checked further and the ship of arrival is the Barque "Santipore" arrived 26 June 1850 from London (2 March 1850). Went aground off Cape Jaffa on 8 June 1850 but came off after 7 days with Passengers J, George, Joseph, Ellen, John, and Richard.

Thinking further about George Witty. He arrived in South Australia 1850 with 5 children aged 4 to 11 years so I can't imagine he raised his children on his own so i'm looking for anything that might point to George marrying after he arrived in South Australia. Any clues?
