how do I change my contact details?

I need some advice to find out how to change my email address on my info/login as I now have my own personal address
I need to know who/how to contact to get it changed
that is the only thing I need to change
I do not wish to re-register or set up another profile as i will lose my status as I have been a member for several years

Please advise

I think this may be it.

Go to your Profile and Accounts Settings. Change your email and then click on ‘change profile’.
