Thank you all for the great help
I went and looked at the will in the will book I only had transcript but it was pretty spot on to the will.

They wrote "John Ouseley" it should have been "John Housley" they had Esther Power but on my tree I have I have Ester Jones daughter of William Jones married William Povall in 1820 in Bidstone

So it looks like the will has a lot wrong information.

Housley in a northern accent could easily be written as Ousley by someone writing down the will if William was illiterate. The copy I looked at on FindMyPast was from a copy handwritten into a book of wills which was the norm for at least Chester & and Liverpool wills. I have read quite a lot in the records office and the books are beautifully bound and written. The original will may have been difficult to read.
Also Povel is written at the end of a line and I was struggling to read it so presumably the transcriber had the same problem.

Hello All
With a bit of looking I found a marriage of Elizabeth Jones and Richard Unsworth
Name: Richard Unsworth
Event Type: Intended marriage
Event Date: 06 Mar 1830
Event Place: Cheshire, England
Gender: Male
Age: 29
Spouse's Name: Elizabeth Jones
Spouse's Age: 25

For what reason I do not know Elizabeth used as her first name as Ann in other records

Elizabeth had a sister Ann and she married a John Waring

Name: John Waring
Event Type: Marriage
Event Date: 19 May 1829
Event Place: West Kirby, Cheshire, England
Gender: Male
Spouse's Name: Ann Jones

that Richard Unsworth one you posted is only the intention to marry. It was also posted in Liverpool and the couple were married at St Phillips Liverpool
