Searching - Allaway

I am looking for any details of William Allaway - circa 1771 in Wiltshire or Oxfordshire (possible boundary change for census). Had a son named John b1821 who married Caroline Smith born circa 1821.
Any help would be appreciated.

This looks to be your William in the 1841 census.  Living at New Farm, Mapledurham, Bradfield, Oxfordshire with Martha (1791) and John (1821).

William's birthplace is given as Oxfordshire.  Occupation is farmer.

In the 1851 census William, Martha and John are all living in the same place as they were in 1841.  William's birth year has been given as 1767 and birth place is Mapledurham, Oxon.

His birth year seems to be somewhat fluid but he may not have remembered exactly what year he was born.

This looks like William's death registration

I believe Ancestry have baptism records for Oxfordshire.  I don't have a sub for them so not able to check for you.

Rootspoint gives the address as
New Farm,
Mapledurham Oxfordshire
and he has 3 farmhands and a housekeeper there
.................
New Farm is still there and was made a Grade 2 listed building in 1951
