Just a point about the two departures in one month

You may find that it was two bookings but only  1 journey

She could have found an earlier or later departure check of original says NOB not onboard .I saw that for some  ancestors.

What were the dates.?

Do you have an exact date of birth?
Is this her?
U.S., Social Security Death Index, 1935-2014
Name:    Minnie Rozier
Social Security Number:    xxx xx xxxx
Birth Date:    4 Jan 1886
Issue Year:    Before 1951
Issue State:    Michigan
Last Residence:    48208, Detroit, Wayne, Michigan, USA
Death Date:    Apr 1976

If so, her last SS Check went to that postal zip code in Detroit.

---------
edited to add:
Did she lie about her age when coming to Canada the first time? Did she have to be 21+ to work for Mrs P.?  She was the youngest of the 5 ladies.
Just questions, trying to make it all fit. All the other manifests say she was born 1886.

Edited again
ancestry.com transcribes the lady's name as Kirby, not Purdy. They might be right.

Baptism: 14 Nov 1887 St Peter, Liverpool, Lancashire, England
Minnie Rosier - [Child] of (John) Robert Rosier  Born: 22 Jan 1887

I  found most of the entries for her have the wrong age. her father went to Canada with his second wife and lived there for many years
Just realised the Birth index has her born Dec qtr 1886,  so parish register entry is wrong.

Right, I don't think the lady that died in Detroit is her.
I'm in the middle of something else now, but a tree at ancestry says Minnie married John Little in Renfrew, Ontario, on 19 December 1914
the source is the marriage license. it says she was 25, born in Liverpool, Anglican, parents: John R Rosier and Alice Hinkle (?)

https://www.ancestry.com/interactive/7921/ONMS932_320-0326/1152409

The tree says she later married Isaiah Zyvitski (no place or date or source)

She is said to have died in 1960 in Canada, probably Ottawa, but no time to look now.
