« on: Saturday 04 July 20 22:12 BST (UK) »
Seeking the Death record of a Edward Tector died England around 1944/45 He would have been around 70 years old. I have found Edward Tector 1916 age 16 and edward Tector 1937 age 83 but not any trace of edward 1945. Any assistance much appreciated.

You post is confusing.

You say he possibly died in 1944/5 aged 70 yet you also say that you have him in 1916 aged 16 and again in 1937 aged 83.

Could this be your ET?

In the 1939 Register there is an Edward b1874 m to Florence and they lived in Woolverhampton, there is also a death registered in Wolverhampton, Staffordshire Q4 1955 9b/846.

I think the poster means they have found deaths in those years for the name Edward Tector although the 16yr olds death was in 1917 not 1916

Advent - you have posted on the England board so a clue as to which county Edward Tector lived in would be helpful as the 1917 & 1937 deaths you quote were in Liverpool?
