Such a variety of posts for Thursday.

Caroline - it sounds very much like it was the wet weather more than anything that got you down, I hope it's improved today along with your mood. Was about to ask what an NT place is, had started typing then realised it's National Trust! Sounds like something to look forward to (we've only recently started using that phrase again haven't we?).

Mowsehowse - what a picture you conjure up of wrestling with a salmon.  ;D Good to hear that your friend is getting better physically, I hope the rest soon follows. You may not be a philosopher but you do say a lot of things that I find comforting and helpful.

Louisa Maud, I echo your hopes about this ending soon, it's going in the right direction so that's something to be thankful for.

Andrew - how lovely for you to be able to take your mother shopping again. Such simple things that we previously took for granted are now an adventure. And all those bargains! Great for your mum to have some treats.

I have to say I've been totally thrown by some of our posts being on the Totally Off Topic board headed Wednesday Chat  ??? I knew I'd read some comments, couldn't find them in the diary entries and had to do some detective work to track them down! Doesn't take much to confuse me  :D

Although we are all family history chasers and think alike along that subject we are so diverse in others,  makes it a lot more interesting, I feel the massage board hasn't had much to get my teeth into lately, perhaps everyone is concentrating on lockdown,  although I am not a political person at all I am interested in what people say, for or against Boris, I certainly would not want to be in any politicians shoes right now, whatever  party

I am trying to be positive along with all of us, we will get there I  am sure

Take care folks

I had to do a double take too Roobarb when I eventually noticed that we are on ToT board under Wednesday chat.

That 'massage' board sounds very relaxing Louisa May.  ;)
