The above couple had the following children Jannet, elspeth,George,  Robert, Anna, Robert, and Lawrence all born between 1657 and1669 in Perth was there also a James. Thanks stoop.

Hi Stoop,
The only James KERR with a Father named Robert I found was in 1653 at a parish named St Madeos in Perthshire.
Too early for your time frame I would think.
