page 21

1. the place of death is not correct (it says :died in Dampierre)
2.The son Leon Constant Valzer is the only heir but not being full of age he is placed under the tutelage of Leon Constant Valzer , teacher in Grandfontaine (he was a teacher before being a curate ( L'éclair Comtois).

Which leads to think that she had only 1 living child who may be called Leon Constant (or not , as there is at least one mistake in the document, why not 2).

Full of age means 21 in 1876 for a boy.

In 1868 Marthe was her husband's heir, They had married in 186, I assume he was a posthumous baby so would have been born in early 1869

I have news
There was no son but a daughter born in 1866 who was 9 when Marthe died her name was Marie Marthe Francoise Stephanie Valzer and she married in 1887 to Nicolas Joseph Jean Charles Drogat. It seems they had a son but I do not know his name.

Best

I found her , but Leon Constant Valzer is the only heir in 1875 . She must have died.
