Just tried 45 North Wharf Road in the 1891 and 1901 census but no Walker family living there then.

I did find a Joseph Pearton with Sarah MMN King living Hillingdon, not so far from the canal basin I don't think but they didn't have a child  Mary Ann and Joseph wasn't a boatman , 2 baptisms 1851 for Charlotte Jane and 1855 for Thomas William,  So I am a little stuck with this family
