Im lookinf for family of.this Albert

I dont know if he was the one who was shot by gangsters in 1933

But according to his  wife. Nellie /nechema Schwartz naturalization papeers he was born Kiev Russia in 1901 arrived New York 1907

 Married sep 22 1929 had a daughter sep 1930

& died nov 28 1933 Brooklyn

On the only 1930 census Albert SILVERMAN with.wife Nelly.living lefferts avenue ...plumber

The other Albert Silvermans of same age born.to.samuel + lena
David and jennie
Nathan.+  julia can probably  be ruled out as on 1920. Census born in.new York and or working as bookkeeper .stores or garage

There is a plumber in.1925 in Ossing Westchester New york ...I wonder if that is a prison. Any ideas

If he is the Albert Silverman in newspapers he had a brother called Irvin SILVERS
Of course their surname could have been different in Russia

Son RUBIN Selvin 36   could he be his father or uncle

In 1920 the relations are mistranscribed but same family

+ grandson Albert SILVERMAN 20

Yes, the image shows that he's an inmate.  Age 24, born Russia, in the US for 22 years, an alien, residence when admitted to prison - Kings Co.

Albert Silverman sentenced and received in Sing Sing on 20 Jun. 1924.  He was age 23, born Russia, resided at 429 Sackman St., Brooklyn when arrested.  Crime was 2nd degree robbery, a 1st offense.  Occupation - plumber, single.  Name of relative or friend - parents (no names given.)
