I Tryed to Lighten it to see if i could find any Features not a very good effort and am sure you will get better ones ..heres my go

I tried too but my results were so poor that I didn't bother posting it. It appears to have been scanned through glass. No discernible features to recover without making it up. Sorry  :-\
