If the James Phillips on the 1841 census at Langley with wife Eliza is your family then from the GRO
index all the children from the start of registration have the mothers maiden name of PEACOCK.

There is a baptism for a John Peacock on 20 April 1823 mother Eliza Peacock single woman

Where does the marriage to Eliza Bonneton come from it wasn't at Langley.
