Hi could anybody help Ellen Tuck dob 1908, on the 1911 Census she was listed as an orphan with Frank (Francis William McNally at 32 the Square Stockton on Tees.
Would like to know if possible who was her parents and what happened to her, how she came to be with the McNally's

This would appear to be the birth registration.

Parents will be on the certificate when you buy it.
Confirm by searching for Tuck deaths in the area 1908-1911

1905 Stockton has a marriage possibility with a Rose O’Hagan and a James Tuck both married Vol 10a, Page 165 (as well as William Watson & James Halliman Spence)

1901 shows Frank McNally with same wife and family, but living with them is Rose O’Hagan, 14, relationship “niece”.

James Tuck died in 1910. There is a detailed army service record for him ( Durham Light Infantry) - it names his wife as Rose and daughter as Ellen. It includes a letter from Durham Constabulary informing his Captain of his death with his uncle Frank McNally at 32 The Square on the 12th June.
