not secure-help please

I know very little about pc workings and need help

For some time now rootschat.com has been showing as not secure - recently Microsoft edge has somehow installed on my PC and uninstalled internet explorer (which I didnt use) I use chrome and that is where I get the not secure information - I wondered if I would get the same information on Edge - Edge will not let me onto RootsChat just a message comes up saying (something like) not secure -secutity used on this site is out of date
Also a few sites where I save my password so I can always log in quickly -on chrome and edge now will not save any sites so I have to enter all of my details all the time
Can someone please help ??

  I had the same problem,I think I clicked on something and ended up with edge, there are lots of comments on here about other's that's had the same experience, I went straight to chrome and have had no more problems, I haven't found anything on here that explains what is happening. nikitah

Not just Rootschat.  I tried to get onto another site but Firefox blocked it, yet when I googled the site and clicked on it from the result there was no problem!

Hello

I was another who raised my concerns on another thread, which the co-owner then said the issue was being addressed, before locking the thread.

This morning NZ time I have gained access to a fully accessible site without having to reduce the security setting of my computer, so am assuming Trystan has been able correct the situation.
