1910 Rochester Ward 17, Monroe, New York  (According to the 1900 census Edwin was born May 1863 England but he fits the names you gave in the original post  ???)

The marriage could be in Brooklyn also. The Brooklyn records before 1900 or so are pretty spotty, so there might not be a record. Maybe a marriage announcement of Annie Davis and Edward Harvey.
In 1900, Annie says she arrived in 1886 at age 18, so she might have come alone. Making it hard to find her anywhere in the US before her marriage, with no family members to help i.d. her.

The transcription of Edward's death on Family Search shows his mother's maiden name as Goslin, so that seems to fit.  https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2WGH-CNL
