Corporal Zygmunt Zwolinski
« on: Friday 24 July 20 01:44 BST (UK) »
Could anyone please work a little magic and tidy up this photograph of Corporal Zygmunt Zwolinski of 304 Squadron.  It is of very poor quality but is the only known photograph of him in his RAF days during WW2.  Many thanks

To Trishanne and tomkin.  Thank you both very much for the excellent work on this picture.  The family of Zygmunt Zwolinski will be delighted as there are very few photos of him in uniform in existence.

Anytime Elliven.  I think the mark near his eye on his left cheek, looks like a scar

or something so I've not messed with it. ;D ;D

Might get around to doing a better job on the rest of the picture but I'm very busy at the

moment.  I'm also waiting for the nettle stings on my right arm to subside.  :'( :'( :'( ;D ;D ;D ;D

               Why am I having trouble posting ??? ??? ???

Yes, that is a scar.  And I am absolutely delighted with the result which will ultimately go to his sons and daughter and probably on the 304 Squadron tribute site.  I have the research skills but I can't do the photo restorations.

I didn't realise that was a scar, so I have now scarred his face

Sorry,

That was my fault.  I should have mentioned the scar in my original request.
