Pocket Badge identity
« on: Saturday 25 July 20 22:29 BST (UK) »
Hi All

I am trying to find out any info regarding thed badge on the blazer in this photo. I think it was taken in the 1950s.. not sure where the the picture was taken but my dad lived in Islington and worked in the schweppes factory in Kingsbury around 1958

Any info will be appreciated

Hockey club? Rowing club? (but the crossed 'sticks' seem a little short for that).

Can you do a higher resolution scan just of the badge?

As he's standing on a boat slipway, some sort of yachting club or similar could be possible.
