There are three on Ancestry, nearest to Winchcombe, sadly detail not very clear.

Thomas Parker of Cotheridge to Sarah Collett of Stanway,   4 Aug 1805 Stanway, Gloucestershire, both signed.
Witnesses John Cook & Mary Whitford.

Colin
Clarke, Trickett, Orton, Lawless, Norton, Detheridge, Kirby, Goodfellow, Wagstaff, Lowe, etc.

Thank you Colin, as there are three I suppose I can't be certain that is them, although the date is encouraging.  Alan

Hi Colin, yes I see what mean. The Bristol one is a long way and 20 years before. i have just looked where Stanway is as well and that does look good along with the date. one of the witnesses is Elizabeth Parker which may well be Mary's sister. If that is Mary's parents then Mary is most probably the first born. Alan

I have found a Sarah Parker death aged 74 in 1849 Winchcombe which was encouraging. I would have hoped to find a Thomas but not at Winchcombe.

Alan, I wonder if this could be him, a bit of an age difference to the Sarah 1848 though?

Thomas Parker about 1783   burial 24 Mar 1824   Winchcombe

There is also this Sarah but a similar age difference?

Sarah Parker about 1774 burial 6 May 1826   Winchcombe

Yes thank you Colin. that is a great help and thank you for your time. I wasn't in need of putting their deaths and births in my tree only I thought if I could find a Thomas and a Sarah death in that area it would confirm more that the parents of Mary did in fact live there after the marriage and where Mary was baptised.
