I might suggest this might not be online in church ledgers, it is most likely a marriage that took place in a synagogue, both being of the Jewish religion,  BUT it could also be a register office marriage

Herman was a Polish Jew, can't find him on 1901, BUT this doesn't really help with the  marriage cert for 1930

Many many thanks to everyone for their help. You are all amazing. I have found quite a bit since I came on here, but I really would still like it confirming if Im going down the Polish line for Rubys parents as Im researching for a friend a want to be sure before I shock her with this info, so I really must send for the cert.
This really is an amazing helpful site. Thank you so much. I will get back to thuis post when I have more info.
