Death Certificate

Hi,

I have just recieved this death certificate through the post but can't make out what the occupation and cause of death are.
Any help is greatly appreciated  :)

yup, can see pensioner now, Thank you....but what does it say above...all i can see is 'a 32 ???? coal.

Is there anything written at the side of the certificate.  I think the 32 relates to Cold being deleted and replaced by Coal

 The Registration  acts state that corrections of errors discovered, at the time of entry, before completion of the certificate are numbered and initialled in, normally, the right hand margin of the certificate, they have to be numbered, obviously to prevent someone coming along later and altering an entry.
This is the 32nd correction.

This is what it says in the margin but I can't make that out either  ???

It says Thirty Two and the registrars initials

I think his occupation (after correction) is probably Coal Metre – someone who measures coal.

Yes I agree, it is a very unusual letter 't' but there is another example in Natural
