What is the name of Elizabeth’s father?

Would be grateful if someone could tell me what Elizabeth’s father’s name is.
I don’t believe it’s an abbreviation for John, given the appearance of the other Js.
I think his wife is also Eliz.? Does that Thomas below, belong to the next entry?

I think:  ffr: = ffr(ancis)

Agree with the rest of your reading.  There's an arrow pointing to the interlined Thomas in  the next entry between the Thomas and the Pen, so not relevant to Elizabeth.
