Thank you both. Although I think a certain amount of structure is needed in daily life I've never been a fan of a strict routine so perhaps shaking things up a bit might be good for me anyway.

Roobarb, I hope your neighbour has since reflected on things and realises that the best thing she can do now is just to leave you alone and let you live in peace.  Looking forward to reading about your (and others' days) day soon.

So much advice from us all Roobarb! Of course we don't know the ins and outs of your situation only that it is definitely having a negative affect on your well being.
Having been on here every day I feel we've all got the measure of how we're all feeling about this unprecedented situation has affected us all and all we can do is to support one another in the best way that we can.
I think the suggestion that you shake your routine up will hopefully help you to shake off this dreadful woman's grip on your movements...
Personally I think we should send in the heavies and put the frighteners on her to just mind her own business and leave you in peace or else! Sorry I know that's a flippant comment but it would make me feel happy .... if I lived near you I'd be round I need a shot.... probably not helpful either 😬
