De Maus/ Henderson Marriage

Jane Sinclair McGlashon married a photographer James De Maus in Edinburgh and they subsequently emigrated to New Zealand. After his death she may have married a John Henderson presumably in New Zealand; this would have been in the early 1880s. Question is whether anyone is able to confirm that this marriage did indeed take place and if so when and where.

Thanks for the link. That is the first photograph that I have ever seen of De Maus, although I do own one of his photos taken in his Edinburgh studio. The name Seton in two of the Henderson children is significant and does tend to confirm that this is the correct person. Thanks again.

On the NZ BDMs online there doesn't appear to be a marriage. The previous person posted the link to a tree on family search which I also found when searching through the probate for Jane. There were  several lots of memories included which you may find useful. I am sure when the NZ rootchatters come online later on they may be able to help a lot more.
