I must have something wrong as the marriage of Francis and Mary is Francis Greenwood and not Grimwood.  I can't find any reference to James being born in Cavendish but there is one for James being christened in Ipswich on 5 October 1777 to Richard and Martha (familysearch).

I cant look at the actual 1771 Marriage but I wouldnt worry about the name being Greenwood not Grimwood.

Names were very fluid and often just written as heard in those days.

Having said that the 1777 James might be yours also :P
