George Dunkerley b1878 Scarbrough Marriage

Hi i am in a bit of a pickle with George Dunkerley i presume he was married in Yorkshire before he came up to Newcastle upon Tyne i have checked some other family trees and they have him married to Mary Elizabeth Hall b1877 Scarborough but i am unable to find the marriage any help i would be grateful

What census do you have him on in Newcastle?  Who were his wife and children?

Simplest way is to look up the childrens births on freebmd then use GRO online to establish mothers maiden name and see if it corresponds with the marriage mentioned by JenB above

June quarter 1898 - Scarborough Registration District - George Dunkerley and Mary Elizabeth Hall appear on the same page - page number 679.  YorkshireBMD say that the marriage was at St Mary, Scarborough.
