Ellen Magdelina Russell 1881 & 1891 census?

Ellen Magdelina Russell married George William Maunder 1899 Southampton. I have her on the 1901, 1911 censuses and the 1939 register. Birth is 9 April 1879 Southampton according to the 1939 register.

Without the earlier censuses, I can’t find her parents.

I’ve tried GRO index, but can’t find anything. I’m new to that, so that might be my fault.

I might have to get the marriage certificate, but I’m hoping not to spend out on that, as I’m doing this for a friend 🤪
