Quickly done, but like all multiple choice Q & A s it left me wanting to add clarifying information, for example explaining that I go out of the house every day for my daily walk/exercise.  I'm not sure how useful this survey will be, except to the person/s submitting it as part of their Ph. D thesis, of course.

The more detailed survey I've been doing weekly covers things like leaving the house (various reasons to select), eating habits and many other things but doesn't take too long to fill out. Some questions have remained constant but each week there are then a few new ones (for example, 1 week about online gambling).
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

As I've seen a lot of student etc surveys in my time, it still amuses me that they are often so poorly designed to elicit any really useful information, and usually planned to get the response that they want / intend.
-Mind you, most government ones are as bad!
Threlfall (Southport), Isherwood (lancs & Canada), Newbould + Topliss(Derby), Keating & Cummins (Ireland + lancs), Fisher, Strong& Casson (all Cumberland) & Downie & Bowie, Linlithgow area Scotland .
