It's Ballinteer in Macosquin civil parish- we would normally just say Ballinteer but it's divided into two parts-
https://www.townlands.ie/londonderry/coleraine/macosquin/north-ballinteer/
https://www.townlands.ie/londonderry/coleraine/macosquin/south-ballinteer/

Groom is from Crunagh- which I think might be Articrunaght in Ballyrashane Parish- also in two parts-

https://www.townlands.ie/londonderry/ne-liberties-of-coleraine/ballyrashane/articrunaght-south/

Looks like Parish of 'B Shane' (Ballyrashane) and in the 1st Presbyterian Church there-
http://www.ballyrashane.co.uk/history/
The name of the minister confirms the church (clearer at bottom of page)

Londonderry Sentinel, 23 Mar.1860: March 11, at Drumadrain House, the wife of the Rev. John Alexander, of Ballyrooken, Coleraine, of a daughter.

Londonderry Sentinel, 8 Sept.1863: August 29, at Drumaduan, the wife of the Rev. John Alexander, of First Ballyrashane, Coleraine, of a daughter.

Londonderry Sentinel, 16 June 1865: June 8, at Drumaduan House, near Coleraine, Mary Arrott, wife of the Rev. John Alexander, of Ballyrashane, aged 31 years. At the same place, and on the same day, her twin children - a son and daughter - aged only a few hours.

Added- marriage took place at Ballyrocken which fits with place in 1860 birth announcement.

All sorted then, well done aghadowey.

And what a sad tale for the minister.

Newspaper announcement says Balteagh (even further away from Ballyrashane-
Coleraine Chronicle, 12 Feb.1859: ... the 3rd instant, by the Rev. John Alexander, Mr. James Parkhill, of Articrunnach, to Miss Eliza Ann, second daughter of Mr. David Jackson, of Balteagh.
However, this is a transcript from a computer reading a newspaper so subject to errors.

Doing some further checking...

A few pages previous in marriages (page in between is blank) is a perfectly clear marriage by John Alexander of 1st Ballyrashane Meetinghouse-

Still searching for details of Eliza Ann Jackson but the problem is that the marriage lists where bride (and groom) were living at time of marriage which may, or may not, be where they were born and where their family lived.

Added- I did find several marriages around the same period for children of a David Jackson of Ardgarvan which is in Drumachose Parish but borders Balteagh Parish-
