I am looking what area on the 1891 Census would Salford-Priors Warwickshire be?
I am looking for a George Forrester (38 years born Hanley/Etruria Stoke on Trent)and his wife Elizabeth Horne.

Are you sure his wife was Elizabeth Horne?  Marriage was 1888 Alcester and both were single

Son Henry's birth reg shows mmn Bailey as do sons Frederick, George & William Bernard

Dtr Mary E - mmn Robinson - perhaps Elizabeth was previously married as well to a Horne

A Charles Richard Forrester mmn Horne was b Sept qtr 1891 Bromsgrove

1901 details for that family do not match the profile you have given for George in your opening post

You either have the wrong marriage or the wrong family.  Please provide more information on which child you are descended from
