Is this salvageable? Eugene daly

I have open this new topic as advised.
Eugene Daly, Royal Munster Fusiliers Photo is in poor condition, however Eugene's headshot has been restored on the original topic.
I think this was a postcard pose ,he has medal ribbons so assume it was taken 1919 plus, appears to be a standard British army uniform WW1 era.
His medal ribbon is the WW1 trio .

 The picture was far too degraded to restore I'm afraid. I've had to do a reconstruction

   that is representative but not historically accurate.

That is excellent Tomkin.It is a hard challenge and after seeing your reconstruction, there is no way I would attempt this. Well done

 Thanx Pat & Peter but it still feels like cheating. I know that we often have to take liberty's

  but it's sometimes difficult where to draw the line. In this case it was easy because I

   couldn't see anything

That really is good, I note your comments, however you have given us a picture that can now be framed and added to his medals.
Can I ask one more favour??? Could you change the medal?
Eugene's medals are a WW1 trio, I have attached a picture.
The medal in the reconstruction belonged to the other granddad.
