Isabella Tweedy

I am trying to locate a burial record for my ancestress Isabella Tweedy/Tweedie who died on the 19th of August 1854 at her home in Spitalfields. 

Her husband had died a few years earlier and was buried within the Wesleyan cemetery at New Road but I am fairly sure that she was not buried there.

The problem I think must lie in the fact that she died of the cholera and so I am thinking that maybe she was buried with other cholera victims somewhere else.  I read of cholera pits in other towns but can't find anything when it comes to London.

Is anyone able to assist me in this quest?

By 1854 many of London cemeteries were full and the dead were buried outside London, Brookwood Cemetery in Surrey may be a good place to start looking.

Thank you Crumblie but I thought that she might have been buried with her husband, considering that they were Wesleyans and the their burial ground continued long after Isabella died. 

I was thinking that if she died of cholera she might have been buried elsewhere - as if she had the plague.  What do you think? Could that be a possibility?

Brookwood didn't open until November 1854.

Isabella Tweedy was buried 21 August 1854 at St Peter Bethnal Green.

Age 50

That is her.  She lived at No. 8 Heneage Street.  I just couldn't find her anywhere...
