I would imagine both children came back to the UK in 1889 after the deaths of their parents and unfortunately UK incoming passenger lists didn't start until 1890.

There are several entries on the passenger lists for missionaries travelling with children circa 1890-91 from India to England. Unfortunately only the children's ages are given and they are not named.
One example -
21st April 1891 - Ship 'Bengal' - Bombay - London
Mrs Huntley - aged 31 - Missionary
2 Children - Male 5yrs  Female 4yrs
2 Infants - Female 2yrs  Female 6mths

Perhaps a possibility but not of much help I'm afraid
Lawton - Blackhall - Sharp - Haddow - Smith - Cunningham - Rowley - Treling
