Who was Priscilla Morrisroe's Mother?

Present at death was his brother in law, James Lilly, Priscilla's brother.

Priscilla had numerous petty sessions court appearances between 1883 & 1885 & again in 1890

This lady then is perhaps Mrs Priscilla Morrisroe rather than the daughter.

Thank you all for your input and help in tracing the mother of Priscilla Morrisroe, I am very grateful. 

It looks now with your help that Patrick Morrisroe, Shopkeeper of Ballinafad, married Priscilla Lillie and they had a daughter Priscilla Morrisroe.

However when I found the Probate record for Patrick Morrisroe in 1884 leaving £150.00 to his Spinster daughter Priscilla, I thought the Legal record would be correct.

That still didn't help me sort out who Priscilla junior's mother was.

I am quite sure now that her parents Patrick Morrisroe and Priscilla Lillie Morrisroe were my three times great grandparents, something I have been trying to confirm for a long time. 

It is all very confusing and I wonder if there have been mistakes on Probate records.

I saw all the Court appearances and understand now why there were so many.  It looks as though as well as being a Shopkeeper, it was a Pub as well!!!!  Looks as though they had after hours drinking every night!!!

I don’t quite understand though what you mean re the Legal record.
As I see it:
Patrick must have died without a Will, and letters of administration were granted to Priscilla his daughter. She would then have administered the estate. It does not mean that it was left to her. Also, it might not have been £150 in money, it would have been his property - things he owned.
