Yes, she is Hawkin on original, and staying with the England family, so well spotted 1911.

Yes, she is Hawkin on original, and staying with the England family, so well spotted 1911.

I think it is actually Hawtin: what looks like a line above the 'n' of her surname is actually the misplaced crossbar of the letter 't'.
