These BURDITTs - were they related?
« on: Wednesday 26 August 20 10:16 BST (UK) »
I'm not sure whether this question might cross the county boundary.

Christiana BURDITT (1844 - ) married Thomas BINLEY in Leicester and settled in that town.

Christiana was the daughter of Thomas BURDITT and Hannah WILFORD and was born in Sutton Bassett

Thomas was the son of Edward BINLEY and Ann BEESWORTH and was born in Cottingham.

Elizabeth BEESWORTH, Ann's younger sister, married John BRADSHAW in Cottingham in 1847. John's mother was Frances SCULTHORPE whose own parents were Thomas SCULTHOROPE and Elizabeth BURDITT (1765 - abt 1811)

The question is: were Elizabeth and Christiana BURDITT related - and if so by what degree?

Cheers Alan
