I have to admit that it does look like an "i" in Eider.  But I wonder if it could be Elder?  (Henry Heath, Elder).

I think the person's name is Henry Heath and the name of place he lives, possibly his residence, is 'Eider'.  Growing up our property had a name and it was always put in quote marks like this is.
