Bronwen, the image you’ve uploaded is far too small. I’ve had to use the version on Ancestry, which, though faint, is at least enlargeable to a readable size.

Rather than fill the gaps in your transcript, I have started page 3 again, because of the large number of queries and the added difficulty of toggling between a poor-quality image and your transcription.

If possible, in future, could you please copy/paste your transcriptions into the main body of the thread, instead of attaching separate documents, and in your transcription retain the line-breaks of the original. Thanks.

Yes sure I will put my translation into this box in future.

I have real problems getting the original the right size to make it easier to view without being too big to upload.

Many many thanks to you both.

I made a start on page 4 as below.  However some of the words were too faint to read in the Ancestry images, so I downloaded the PDF from TNA (currently free).  TNA's versions are often made with a greater care to best set the contrast for each page.

So it proved, and page 4 is much easier in their version.

I suggest that you avail yourself of the chance to have the better copy yourself, and use it to have another go at the remaining difficulties.  You'll have to register to use the free download.

...my ^said^ Executrix...

...for sale and carriage for such stackes of Cole and Ironstone
which shee shall have on the banckes till Midsomer day...

ADDED:

Sorry -  I've just noticed that your image above is also better than Ancestry's at the lines concerning the Cole and Ironstone.

Remaining English from page 4:

...hereunto
annexed have put my hand and seale...

...in presence and sight of Willm Langley Vic(ar) of Wellington...

ffrancis
[Cleaton? - initial unclear]

I'm not sure about the stuff in the left margin.  The contracted word orili/orile is repeated several times.  This will was subject to a Judicial Sentence so it may relate to that.
