Many thanks for all of this, it was indeed downloaded from the National Archives. 
Even then I just find some of it beyond me, I can enlarge it and do on one computer and translate on to another, do have a list now of possible words that appears in these old wills so often.

The probate clause is fairly standard. Probate was granted to the widow and executrix, Ann Browne, on 12 March 1677/78, after the Judicial Sentence had been issued to confirm the will’s validity.

I'm not sure about the stuff in the left margin.  The contracted word orili/orile is repeated several times.

The notes in Latin in the margin are just procedural.

They show that after the will had been copied into the register that we see here, the original was released for the use of the executrix. When it went out on 9 April 1678, and again when it was returned to the registry, it would be checked against this register copy to ensure that no alterations were made while it was off the premises. The signatures are testifying to that.

The contracted word is ori(gina)li.

Excellent Bookbox, one of the names in the margin is Blakeway and I have them in my tree so just wondered why that name was there.

The marginal note traces how the original will was released from the Registry ...

Mark Cottle [Registrar] George Sayer and Richard Edes signed to confirm that on 9 April 1678 they checked the original will against the register copy.

Everard Exton [lawyer] then signed to confirm that he received the original will from the Registrar, for the use of the Executrix.

Finally, Francis Blakeway (with witnesses George Sayer and Richard Edes) signed to confirm that on the same day he received the original will from Everard Exton, for the use of the Executrix.

Yes, a quick online search shows that they're both officials at the Probate Registry.
