Death Query / Issue
« on: Tuesday 01 September 20 19:21 BST (UK) »
Evening all,

So I have a bit of an issue looking for  death.

I am looking for a death record of Hannah Legg who died in 1838 Mar Quarter in the Wareham district.

On THe GRO https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/indexes_search.asp she is not there
On FreeBMD she is there.

Is it a transcript error?
I have looked on the Dorset OPC to see if there is a burial but cannot find it.

Anyone able to enlighten me or further the info or just tell me I'm wrong ?

Thanks in advance :)

Hannah Leg.

Dont use exact match.
All census look up transcriptions are Crown Copyright http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/

Thanks Pauline.

I feel a bit daft.

I tried legg, legge I hadn't thought of just leg.
