Sarah Jane Brierley married William Burns in 1915 Manchester. They had a son William P Burns , daughter Jessie Burns, Son Harry Burns, son Robert Burns, all born Manchester. I've found records for William P Burns, but cannot find the other children

William Percy Burns b 1915 died Manchester 1980

Have you investigated the 1940 marriage of Jessie Burns to John E Chadwick?  Although her birth was registered March qtr - she could have been born late 1920

Jessie Chadwick b 15.11.1920 died 1971 Manchester

Mistranscribed on the 1939 register as Barns

The 1939 entry gives the full birthdates for Harry & James

Wrong Harry Burns - reply removed to avoid confusion

He is not the Harry Burns who died 2014 Oldham - that Harry was b 1926 Oldham

Found them registered as barns. I think Jessie did marry John Chadwick, as her name is Chadwick in 1939 register
