Hannah Williams married Richard Moorcroft 1867

Hello.

I am having trouble finding Richard and Hannah Moorcroft after the 1881 census.

Richard was bap 31st Dec 1848, Liverpool St Peter's to parents George & Catherine.

Hannah Williams was born 1848 Liverpool to parents Charles Williams and his wife Hannah (nee Roberts).

They married 25th Dec 1867 Liverpool Parish Church.

I have the couple in the 1871 (Preston area) and the 1881 (Oldham) censuses but after then I can find no trace of them. I suspect that they might have emigrated but I have no idea as to where.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Looking for Hannah Moorcroft I have just found this:-

Although I haven't found her yet going to America I wonder did Richard die and she remarried hence "mrs Hanna morecraft"?

To add to that just found her death in Jefferson, Alabama naming her parents as Charles and Hannah Williams and husband as David Evans so looks as though she did remarry.

Oh, well done.
So poor Richard didn't last long after arriving, I wondered why there was no further sign of him!
I couldn't see Hannah going over either.

aged 26,
intended destination Alabama

Many thanks for looking but I don't think that is the correct Hannah. "My" Hannah was bn 1848 and was married in 1867. This one is 26 yrs old, spinster.
