The first screen on FamilySearch has these details for England and Wales Census1911;
Thomas Brown, birth 1881, Coxhoe Bridge, Durham,  Spouse Emma Brown, Residence 1911 Ryhope, Durham, Marriage 1903, Children Raymond Brown, Richard Brown, Thomas R. Brown.

Thomas was born c 1881 - I think I have found him on previous census 1891+

parents = Joseph and Elizabeth

needs confirming with marriage certificate etc

That 1891 is RG12; Piece: 4190; Folio: 7; Page: 7 for any others reading this thread. Thomas aged 10 is born Winlaton...and is on 1881 RG11; Piece: 5044; Folio: 78; Page: 7; aged 5 months born Winlaton.

Whereas Thomas in 1911 states born Coxhoe.


Let us know when you have details from marriage cert.

A different Thomas Brown.

Hopefully the one I'm looking for is RG12 Piece 4112 Folio 73 Page 66 (1891)
born Quarrington Hill (couple of miles from Coxhoe as mentioned in 1911)
