Hi! Greetings from a new member. I'm 24 years old and have been researching my Kelly family tree for some time, however am stuck on my direct paternal line and am looking for more information on the William Kelly that appears in
the 1911 Irish census, or alternatively, any of his ancestors. If I'm correct, he is my second great grandfather on my direct paternal line. He was born in 1843 and was married to Maria Buckley, who was born in 1861. His son David is my great grandfather, and everyone on my paternal line since him has also been named David - myself included.
I would appreciate any information, possible leads, or suggestions of how to best pursue further research on the matter. Short of actually physically going to Ireland and asking for parish records (which I'd unironically consider doing when it becomes safe again) I don't really know what my other options are.
