Is this german ? Can anyone decipher

From replies and calculations I think it was sent between 1925 1930

Envelope is from Liverpool area

Suspect its to a lover but my German is basic and the accents dont look like umlauts

Any ideas

This card was sent to her from a German speaking friend called Rosby.
It was a man because he used the masculine form when writing
masculine = von deinen dich liebenden
feminine = von deine dich liebende

He was a very lazy writer, all the „n“ endings were written as an upwards stroke
i.e.
Vo = Von
ganze = ganzen
Herze = Herzen

I was wondering if the name might be Rosly rather than Rosby.

I also wondered if it might not be lazy writing, but written in a Swiss or Austrian dialect, where word endings sometimes disappear. Note also non-standard spellings such as Harze, Liebi, Dinen - as these are quite basic words which I would expect most people to get right, that too suggested to me the possibility of it being in dialect. The writing looks fairly fluent, so the writer was probably reasonably well educated.

Tends to suggest that photo didn't belong in that envelope

I'm off to my sister's to look thru the other letters and things that were left

It was an English photo company so I wonder why they spoke German to each other.

It's thanks to a friend that the writing was clear I've learnt to reduce photos to post but not very good resolution as you can see from photo of lady in envelope
